Traditionally steamed to perfection, these deliciously rich and moist individual sponge puddings have been prepared using only the finest ingredients. Microwave it for 30 seconds. It has no artificial colours and flavours and is suitable for vegetarians. Its shelf life is 158 days.

Invert Sugar Syrup, Partially Reconstituted Dried Skimmed Milk, Wheat Flour, Sugar, Strawberries (7%), Glucose Syrup, Rice Bran Oil, Sorbitol, Breadcrumb (Wheat), Glycerine, Milk Proteins, Dried Whole Egg, Modified Maize Starch, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Disodium Diphosphate), Alcohol, Firming Agent (Calcium Chloride), Salt, Acidity Regulators (Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid), Gelling Agent (Sodium Alginate), Preservatives (Sorbic Acid, Potassium Sorbate), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Emulsifiers (Mono-and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Rapeseed Lecithin), Flavouring, Colour (Anthocyanins)
Directions:
Cooking Instructions (General): Caution: Pudding will be very hot. Microwave (From Ambient): Remove seal, ensuring all foil is removed. Heat each pudding for 30-40 seconds on high (based on 900W oven). Adjust time to suit your own oven. Invert the bowl onto serving plate, squeeze gently and lift off slowly. Steam (From Ambient): Pierce foil seal with a knife several times to allow the steam to escape. Place each pudding into a saucepan. Pour enough water into saucepan to cover half of the pudding is heated through. Refill water as it evaporates.
