Your payment is expected immediately after your purchase. If payment is not received with 48 hrs, an unpaid case will be automatically opened by eBay.
We do our best to ship within the time specified in the listing. We live in a very rural area, so if there is an unforeseen delay in getting your package to the carrier, we will always try to communicate with you. We use the least expensive method of shipping and reserve the right to upgrade to a carrier with faster service at our discretion. Additionally, If we are offering FREE SHIPPING, be aware that it only applies to the lower 48 states. We reserve the right to cancel to PR, Ak & Hi. We will always communicate with you before canceling for this particular reason.
Please note: Shipping method may be upgraded to one with faster delivery at our discretion.
In the event that your item qualifies for a return, you will need to provide photos of the defect BEFORE returning it. Returned Items must be carefully packaged and sent to us in the exact same physical condition it was in, when you received it. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Unless otherwise agreed upon, no refund will be issued prior to our having received the item back in our store. Once the item is received back and inspected, a refund will be issued via the original method of payment within 2 business days. Under certain circumstances, we reserve the right to withhold a 20% restocking fee.
